Processing Time
We process and ship all orders on the next business day.
(Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the following business day.)
Shipping Time
Delivery typically takes 8–13 business days, depending on the destination country.
International shipments may take additional time due to customs clearance.
Free Worldwide Shipping
For a limited time, ELEVARE Korean Beauty offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, regardless of order size or destination.
Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking information once they have been shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost / Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package is missing after delivery, please contact your local carrier.

Policy Overview
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- ELEVARE Korean Beauty will cover the return shipping cost only if your order arrives missing items, damaged, or incorrect.
- Items marked “Specific Promotions”, free gifts, and limited-time event items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Eligibility
- Products returned within 60 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.
- Only items purchased directly from elevarekoreanbeauty.com are eligible for return or refund.
- Products purchased in physical retail stores or third-party marketplaces must be handled through the original point of purchase.
- Returns sent to our office in person cannot be accepted; all returns must be mailed via a shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
ELEVARE Korean Beauty reserves the right to deny a return if:
- The item is determined to be counterfeit,
- The item is intentionally damaged,
- The package is missing required components (gifts, samples, etc.).
In these cases, the item will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost packages returned by the customer.
Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the returned item arrives at our facility.
Refund Processing Time
All approved return refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of the package arriving at our distribution center.

✔️ Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, products must meet the conditions below:
Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
We do not accept opened, used, or damaged products.
The original packaging must be intact (including seals).
Free gifts, samples, or promotional items included with your purchase must also be returned.
No refund will be issued until all free items are received.
⚕️ Refunds for Skin Reactions
If you believe an ELEVARE Korean Beauty product caused a skin reaction, please provide the following:
A medical certificate or dermatologist’s note confirming that the reaction was caused by the product.
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or assist with product exchange options.
